Victoria Kucher
Victoria Kucher is an arts leader and accomplished filmmaker with over 20 years of experience. Her passion for arts and culture has propelled her to create a recognized and respected profile both locally and internationally. Previously, Victoria has held leadership positions with arts organizations such as Hand Eye Society, Counterbalance Collective, Canadian Film Centre and Secret City Studios. She has worked in logistics and operations for imagineNATIVE Media Arts Festival, Images Festival, TIFF, and the CBC. As a fundraiser she has helped support entertainment workers and artists at The AFC and Producing for the Planet. Victoria sits on the board of Stop Gap Foundation and is an active jury member for The Canadian Academy of Film and Television. As a passionate community builder she programs for several film and media festivals and puts story and advocacy at the centre of her work.

Lilian Radovac
Dr. Lilian Radovac is a disability-identified writer, scholar and documentarist and the founder of the Alternative Toronto digital archive project. As a whole, her work explores the cultures and textures of cities, with a focus on memory, sound and social movements. Radovac has 20+ years of experience leading member-driven organizations in the academic, labour, and arts and culture sectors and currently serves as President of the Lakeshore Village Artists’ Co-operative in New Toronto. She holds an MA in Musicology and Ethnomusicology and a PhD in Communication Studies and has previously taught at McGill University and the University of Toronto.
